That is a new-brand villa in Flic en Flac, built at the beginning of 2026. The property has two grounds with ocean and mountain views. Nice, fresh private pool at the entrance, rooftop access for the family "barbecue and wine" evenings.

The accommodation has access to local food and grocery delivery services, as well as to taxis. The area is quiet, as is the neighborhood, mostly rented by expats from Europe and Australia. The nature around is peaceful as well, so don’t be surprised to see monkeys or mongoose crossing the roads around.
