That is one of the most luxurious villas in Flic en Flac. It is way above the level of local Hilton, Sans, or Maradiva Hotels. The villa is situated in a good, quiet neighborhood (the same as our founder’s apartments). Parking, private garden, pool right in front of the master bedroom, covered porch with sunset view.

The amiable owner lives in the same city. By default, the villa’s price is set by the owner for 3 guests (people 14 y.o.) in total; in that case, some of the rooms on the first floor remain locked. However, it can be easily expanded to 6 people for an extra $80 per day per person.
